Why Is Dean So Passionate About This Stuff? 

We all have a why, a reason, something that pulls when it should and pushes when it should. My why is about passing the torch, and knowing I have made a difference.

I'm a believer in life long learning. In fact, in today's world you must commit to learning and growing with things as they change. Social norms, rules, legislation, technological advancements, court and arbitration decisions, and general best practices, are not standing still for anyone.

To be at the top and stay ahead of that learning curve, we all have to invest in ourselves. I believe strongly that part of that commitment is giving back, and sharing your knowledge, so the next generation can build and grow off previous generations. So I made it my mission to help as many people as possible develop the skills and expertise to get to the truth and do it fairly and professionally. I make that commitment to you as a participant in these programs.
